earnph2 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and earnph2 ("earnph2," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://earnph2.click. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or claiming any bonus on earnph2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all earnph2 services, including but not limited to casino games, JILI slots, fishing games, Color Game, sports betting, live betting, and all promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions — those are supplementary to and do not replace these general Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on earnph2, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of earnph2 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded from earnph2 or had an earnph2 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing earnph2 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

earnph2 may request documentary proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) earnph2 account only. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name or under a different name — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's details when registering on earnph2.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

earnph2 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by applicable regulations. You may be asked to submit any or all of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name matching your earnph2 account)
• Selfie with your government ID, as requested by earnph2 compliance

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, readable format. Accounts may be placed on a temporary hold while verification is pending. earnph2 processes KYC submissions within 2–5 business days in most cases.

3.3 Account Currency

All earnph2 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are transacted in pesos. No currency conversion is required or offered.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earnph2 account credentials, including your username and password. earnph2 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be earnph2 support and requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to support@earnph2.click immediately.

You must notify earnph2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. earnph2 shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security, unless the breach was due to earnph2's own negligence.

5Deposits

earnph2 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

5.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your earnph2 account. Limits may be adjusted following KYC completion or upon request to our support team.

5.2 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits credit to your earnph2 balance instantly in almost all cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay credit within 30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Card deposits are processed in real time subject to your issuing bank's authorisation.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to earnph2 are from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from earnph2 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not negotiable. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain card types), earnph2 will process to your verified GCash or Maya account.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Daily withdrawal limits are set per account and visible in your earnph2 account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 may be subject to additional verification and processing time.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay process within two hours. Withdrawals submitted outside regular banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

6.3 Withdrawal Verification

earnph2 requires your account to be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified account process without additional identity checks unless the withdrawal amount or account activity triggers a risk review.

earnph2 reserves the right to perform additional checks on any withdrawal at its sole discretion. This is done to protect members and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, not to delay legitimate withdrawals.

7Bonuses and Promotions

earnph2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are displayed on the promotion detail page and must be read before claiming.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most earnph2 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued once per promotion per eligible member. Claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and possible account closure.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your earnph2 balance automatically.
• earnph2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to your account.
• If earnph2 determines, at its sole discretion, that a member is exploiting bonuses through low-risk betting strategies (e.g., "bonus hunting"), the platform reserves the right to adjust the wagering requirement, cancel the bonus, or close the account.

8Game Rules

All casino games, slots, and arcade games on earnph2 operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure during a game round, earnph2 will void the affected round and refund the stake to your earnph2 account balance. Winnings generated during a malfunction are not valid and may be reversed.

8.2 Game Interruption

If your internet connection is lost during a game round, the round will continue to its natural conclusion on the earnph2 server. Results will be reflected in your account when you reconnect. earnph2 is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.

8.3 JILI Slots

9Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on earnph2 covers PBA, NBA, FIBA, UAAP, football, esports, boxing, and other leagues. Bets placed on earnph2 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules available in the earnph2 sportsbook section.

9.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, or NBA). In the case of a result dispute or official protest, earnph2 will suspend settlement until the final official result is confirmed. Live betting is settled on the score at the time each market closes.

9.2 Postponed and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is postponed before commencement, all single bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If a game starts but is abandoned before the minimum number of periods required for settlement (as defined per sport in the sportsbook rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Bets that have already been settled before abandonment stand.

9.3 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply on earnph2 and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Parlays are also subject to a combined maximum payout cap. If a parlay would return more than the maximum, the payout is capped at the stated maximum and the effective odds are adjusted accordingly.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on earnph2. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, another person's name, or with shared payment methods
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Fraud or identity misrepresentation — using false identity documents, false registration information, or registering on behalf of another person
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid anti-money-laundering controls
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets using information not available to the general public or engaging in any form of sports integrity violation
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or other multiplayer formats
• Automated betting — using bots, software, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with earnph2 without human involvement
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes for transactions that were legitimately processed

11Responsible Gaming

earnph2 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We encourage all members to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all earnph2 members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when raised.
• Session Time Reminders — configure notifications that alert you after a set amount of continuous play time.
• Loss Limits — set a maximum amount you're willing to lose in a defined period before your account is temporarily locked from further wagering.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period you cannot deposit or wager. The period cannot be shortened once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your earnph2 account. This decision is final and cannot be reversed. earnph2 will honour all self-exclusion requests without question.

12Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 By earnph2

earnph2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a withdrawal request
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Account inactivity (12 consecutive months without login) — in which case earnph2 may deduct an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month from any remaining balance

12.2 By the Member

You may close your earnph2 account at any time by contacting support@earnph2.click. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

12.3 Disputed Closures

If you believe your account was closed in error, you may raise a formal dispute by contacting earnph2 support. We will review the decision within 10 business days and communicate the outcome. The earnph2 decision on account closure disputes is final.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the earnph2 platform — including the earnph2 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of earnph2 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any earnph2 content without prior written permission.

JILI Gaming and all JILI game titles are the intellectual property of JILI Gaming and are used on earnph2 under a valid licensing agreement. All other game provider trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, earnph2's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

earnph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if earnph2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

earnph2 makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. earnph2 will endeavour to notify members of scheduled maintenance in advance but cannot guarantee zero downtime.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and earnph2, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents earnph2 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16Amendments to These Terms

earnph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, earnph2 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of earnph2 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
